Default freezing question

when freezing things like enchiladas how do you do it?

do you cook them and then freeze.........how do you reheat? thaw it first?

for my friends baby shower instead of gifts they are asking for meals.

Casseroles you wanna freeze UNcooked.......meatballs are an option but I also freeze meatballs,meatloaves,salisbury steaks etc uncooked.

Have your whatever meat you are using for the enchiladas cooked, but as far as cooking the pan of them, I do not do that.

Thanks for the reminder, I just remembered I have some enchiladas in the freezer!!
