What are you having?


We are having Chineese take out since it is my dd's bday and she gets to choose.

No cooking for me:D

No cooking for me either.
Today is our anniversary. So we will get something, somewhere. We actually went out for our anniversary dinner yesterday.

We are having 35 people over for a cook out! LOL I only had to cook a little, but I had to CLEAN A LOT!!

Shaking in my boots (well, if I was wearing them in the middle of summer!), but glad to be back!

We ate at the Inlaws and had Whole turkey on the grill,baked potatoes,sliced cucumbers and tomatoes and to munch on before dinner we had chips and onion dip and shrimp.We were still there around dinner so we had turkey sandwiches with tomatoes and lettuce and had chips and dip and some sliced cucumbers.

We had a huge cook out saturday with my bother's and family and we had

2 kinds of spaghetti,
sauce with meatballs and italian sausage,
fish marinated in italian dressing(so good!),
ppotato salad,
tomato and cucumber salad,
steamed broccoli,
brats with green peppers,
chicken breasts marinated in caesar dressing,white wine and something else and it was very good,
wheat french bread,
white frendh bread,
Apple pie.

We had tons of food and it was very delish!

I made Cheesey Chicken and vegetable bake...very yummy!
