Okay, I have a question for all you pumpkin pie fans. I don't particularly care for it myself, but I volunteered to make it for tomorrow. I already baked the pie and it looks good but I wanted to make it a little fancier and I was thinking about drizzling some caramel ice cream topping on it and sprinkling it with toasted pecans. I think this sounds good but since I don't really eat it, I'm not too sure- so what do you all think?

Oh goodness....that sounds fabulous to me but i am not a die hard pumpkin pie fan. I will bump this up so hopefully someone else can give an opinion.

Ive had them topped with reddi whip and drizzled with maple syrup and that is amazing..not sure I would care for caramel w/pumpkin...caramel just says "apple pie"to me.

But I would recommend the maple drizzle...that was YUMMY!!!
