We are having crockpot roundsteak with mashed potatoes and gr. beans.

leftover gumbo...cold day=gumbo weather.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with diced up ham and shredded cheese, milk
Lunch: Pizza hot pocket, salad and juice. LO mac and cheese for the little one.
Dinner: chicken casserole/pot pie?? Chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed veggies, toped with stuffing and bake. Might do some rolls with dinner too.
