We are having chicken sauted with peppers and onions on tortilla's with white rice and pinto beans.Peanut butter pie for dessert.

Edited-Instead of peanut butter pie I made a mixed berry cobbler and we will top it with cool whip. The kids are eating different things since they don't want the fajita's so I am not gonna bother with the rice.I will heat up the beans to add in mine too.I will will find some salsa in the pantry and have some of that too.

I made a new recipe
Sweet n' Easy Sloppy Joes...very yummy and so quick!
and Macaroni n' cheese to go with. Easy dinner!

Here's the recipe:
Sweet N' Easy Sloppy Joes

1lb of lean ground beef
1/4 C of chopped green pepper
1/4 C of chopped onion
1 C of Ketchup
2 TB of Worcestershire Sauce
1 TB of Garlic Powder
1 TB of Brown Sugar

Brown ground beef in a skillet with onions, peppers and garlic powder untill beef is no longer pink and the veggies are tender. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 2-5 minutes over medium heat.

I just served these on hamburger buns with pickles on the side and the mac n' cheese. I am sure you could adjust the seasonings according to your taste, but they were really yummy...ALOT better than the canned stuff!
