What are you having?

I am not sure.I want something quick.I have my sister and my nephew coming over and hopefully my Niece if she gets all her baking done and we are all going to frost cookies and snack.That is going to be fun.

We have DH's work Christmas dinner tonight, so I will make pizza for the kids

Breakfast: Applesauce pancakes, yogurt and milk
Lunch: Easy mac and fruit
Dinner: I dont know. I have some pork chops in the fridge, I just need to figure out what to do with them. I want to throw them in the crock pot. We have DS #2's Christmas program tonight at 7 but I want to feed everyone before we leave the house.
Found a recipe and have the pork chops in the crock pot. I posted the recipe already and will let you know how it is-Sour Cream Pork Chops. I do not know what to do for a side yet. Better get to looking.

We're having... spaghetti and meatballs w/ salad.

I have a small steak in the freezer, so
steak fajitas with with green pepper and onion
refried back beans
corn tortillas
lettuce, tomato and avocado
cheese, sour cream, hot sauce

I must say, my meatloaf sandwiches last night were deyummylicious! What a great way to use LO meatloaf

We're having a big dinner w/the in-laws tonight:
Ham, chicken and dumplings, dressing, corn, peas, yeast rolls, cranberry sauce. I think that's all!! (As if it's not enough, lol)
