I made a pan of Magic Bars today to take tomarrow to our family party....

They were cooling on the counter and the next thing I know the center is GONE!!!

I am home with a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old.. And the 5 yr old doesn't like coconut.. (eliminates her, although I did question her) So I call my 3 yr old into the kitchen, She bounces in "what mommy" I first looked at her face.. NOTHING.. I asked her about it.. NOPE she kept saying.. I check her clothes, her hands.. NOTHING..

So I leave them there and keep watching...


IT WAS THE DOG!!! uuuggghhh I had to throw them all away.. If it was the kids, I would have cut around the center and ate them myself... I wouldn't have served them to someone else.. But I sure would have...

We had a dog that managed to get the just cooked turkey off the counter when we weren't looking one holiday.

That day was the fastest I'd ever seen a frozen Honeybaked ham get thawed out.

The same dog once managed to eat 5lbs of gummi bears and throw them up on the new beige berber carpet - beige is a nice neutral color, but gummi bears apparently turn to a bright red goo that never cleans up. The gummi bears were on a dresser that was 3 feet away from the bed...somehow she got on the bed and reached the top of the dresser.

She also at a 1lb hershey kiss - that one she got the peroxide down the throat treatment (again the berber suffered).

They are tricky buggers! You can hide stuff, put it out of reach, whatever, and they find it. I love how your's only took the middle out :D Bad dog!
