I would like to start making chicken nuggets from scratch. Once they have been baked, cooled and frozen, how do I reheat them? Can I do it just like the ones I buy at the store? Meaning can I just take them out of the freezer and pop them in the oven to bring them up to eating temp?

TIA

Yep, that's how I do it.
I dip my raw chicken cubes in a milk and ranch dressing mixture. Then I dip them in italian style bread crumbs. Then I bake them at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool and flash freeze them. Then put them in a ziploc and throw in the freezer.
When you reheat them throw them out on na baking sheet and bake at 400 for about 10 minutes.

Thanks for the directions!! I know it would be much healthier for them to eat baked rather than fried but just wasn't sure if it would work. Thanks so much!
