Corn Tortillas?? I'm making enchiladas in a couple weeks, but will be buying them a week prior, and need to know how well they freeze? They will only be frozen for a week maximum, so what do you think???
Thanks for the help, in advance!

Yes! I just took some out of my freezer on Monday and made enchilidias. I think they freeze very well. Especially since they come about 150 in a pack lol

I buy them in very large quantities. They freeze very well. You can thaw in the fridge or the on the counter at room temp. remember they should be at least room temp if you are going to fold/roll them, otherwise they will break. I am not sure how u make your enchiladas but I always dip mine in the heated sauce before I add the "mixture". I do mine the old fashioned labor intensive way.

THANKKKK YOUUUU! Very much!
I do heat mind in a slight amount of oil in a skillet first, so i wouldn't be rolling them straight out of the freezer. So thanks again! Yayyy, I can buy the 2000 pack.....lol.
