I'm looking for you BEST recipe for BBQ Ribs. My DH is going to be in a BBQ Cook-Off in July and we're looking for a winning recipe for it.
We tried one tonight from our Taste of Home magazine. It was good but definately not the winning combo!
Would you please PM me your recipes???

THANKS!!!! I'll let you know who wins!!!

Jody

Jody,

We use the rub from Cook's illistrated and it is awesome!! It is a dry rub and when you finish cooking the ribs you wrap them in foil and then put them in a paper bag to rest. They are so moist that you don't need any wet sauce!!!

You should be able to find the recipe on their site. If you want it, let me know & I'll go find it and pm you.

Ours is a simple one.

Marinate overnight in Sesame Ginger marinade, when ready to cook brush on Sweet Baby Rays (the spicy one) BBQ sauce. It's not overly spicy. Our friends think it is a fancy invention we cooked up and by far the best home cooked ribs they have ever had.

Is Sesame Ginger a marinade you can buy at the grocery store or something you mix together? We have a few months to keep trying everyone's suggestions and find the perfect one!
Thanks for you help!!
