I splurged this weekend and bought a big flat square griddle. I've never owned one before. French toast turned out terrific and it was really time saver. Now what else can I make?

Pancakes, bacon, eggs, grilled cheese, burgers, hashbrowns....think about stuff you use a fry pan for and it'll probably work on the griddle. Good luck and happy cooking!!

I love mine pancakes turn out great and you can make more at once then with a pan, which goes for sandwiches too. Scrambled eggs didn't do too good they roll into the grease drain. WE have been trying to make our money go further so we have a breakfast night and I use my griddle alot for this.

I bought a cast iron reversible grill/griddle pan a couple months ago. I LOVE it. I don't use the grill side too often, as it's not too fun to clean. I use the griddle side for anything I'd want to grill, though---hamburgers, hot dogs, pork chops. So far, I've used it most often for pancakes. Love it!
