I need help! I have two picky eaters (ages 4 1/2 and 1). I'm stumped for every meal, every day. Now, I'll admit, I'm not the most experienced cook to begin with, but I find myself even more reluctant to try new things for fear they will not eat it! I can get my oldest to eat chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, cheese, most fruits, pancakes, and a few other random things. My baby used to be a good eater, but isn't liking much of anything lately. I'm in a slump. I desperately need any great suggestions for meals picky kids love. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. Preferably quick and easy, but even difficult will do. Thanks!

Our boys were also very picky eaters but thankfully they gradually grew out of it. They used to love spaghetti with sauce and meatballs or just sauce, homemade waffles or toaster waffles, french toast, blueberry muffins, banana bread, hamburgers, hotdogs and cheese pizza. If your girls like bananas they are very healthy even by themselves.

I'll keep thinking. I remember how frustrating this stage can be.

My failsafe is always spaghetti! I fry ground beef or turkey, add frozen veggies (I buy the ones that are cut REALLY small, ex carrots, celery etc) add a jar of PC pasta sauce, the blue label or organic, and cook ww noodles. The kids love it and they are eating healthy! (Just don't tell them!!LOL)
I have also done this as a casserole with small noodles. Just layer with cheese and bake. The kids seem to enjoy this more since the sauce sticks to the noodles really well when baked.
