This week will be a little crazy, especially since I work late 1/2 of the week and that means dh is in charge of feeding the kids.
Sunday-Worked late. Dh fed the kids turkey sandwiches and ramen noodles. I heated up some lo mashed potatoes.
Monday-Beef in onion gravy with noodles, green beans and some fruit.
Tuesday-I work until 5, so I need to think of something quick to make when I come home. Maybe frozen chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn. Update: did hot dogs, chips and fruit.
Wednesday-Dh gone, so just me and the kids. Maybe fish sticks and tator tots. DH is gone, but I am going to make chinese for me and the kids.
Thursday-I work until 9, so again dh is in charge. Dh can make some frozen pizzas and some salads for him and the kids.
Friday-Dh gone. Maybe a frozen pizza, salad or carrot sticks. Thinking of doing fish sticks, tator tots and a veggie.
Saturday-I work until 6 plus dh will be gone for dinner. I will have to come up with something easy for dinner. Maybe just leftovers NO leftovers, so the kids ate hot dogs and mac and cheese. I ate a slice of banana bread.
Sunday-I will probably work so I wont be home until after dinner time. Think I will make up some sloppy joes on saturday and than dh will just have to heat it up for him and the kids. I hate sloppy joes so I will probably come home and eat some crackers or something.

I know I am a little late posting this, but here is my menu:
Monday: Lasagna skillet, bagged salad, green beans
Tuesday: Kielbasa, sliced and baked with augratin potatoes and peas
Wednesday: Tuna steaks, rice and mixed veggies
Thursday: MIL and niece are coming from Florida to visit so I am going to make a pan of lasagna in the morning, so I just have to put it in the oven after I pick them up at the airport. I'll make frozen garlic rolls and salad to go with it.
Friday: We are going to the American Girl Store in Chicago for DD's birthday so we will be eating there.
Saturday: Pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and corn.
Sunday: DD's birthday, so we are having pizza, caeser salad, all sorts of veggies and dip, summer sausage, cheese and a big cookie cake for dessert.

Thanks! The girls are so excited. I heard that too, about the little seats for the dolls, that's so cute! When I called to make the reservations, they told me they have a doll hair salon with over 30 styles to choose from! My MIL got my 7 yr old DD and my niece outfits to match their dolls, so I will post pictures
