I have a couple of stainless steel quality frying pans. Every thing seems to stick regardless of using pan or oil. I want to be able to use them but shy away from them because they stick. Can I still season them, since I have already used them? And if so how do I do it?
Thanks.....I hate to have them just sitting there.

You can't season stainless steel like you season cast iron...perhaps you're cooking at too high of a heat? Do you let the pan heat up before adding the oil and then the food item? What are you cooking in them specifically that is sticking?
