I made pot roast in the crockpot last night,
this morning it was ready and so i took some to work for lunch and that's what we are having for dinner.
tomorrow i'll have left overs, I'll probably make tacos.
(1st time using crockpot) it was so great, i can't believe that when i get home,
dinner is already done.
all i have to do is warm and serve!
yummy!

We LOVE skillet lasagna!!! Did you get your recipe from America's Test Kitchen too?

As for dinner, not sure yet, everything is frozen solid so I have to decide soon! I'll come back...

Breakfast: Breakfast burritos (plus I made up two dozen for later in the month), canned pears and milk
Lunch: Mac and cheese, turkey roll ups and juice
Dinner: Beef in onion gravy with either noodles or mashed potatoes, green beans. I am going to make up some banana bread today too. Think I will make up at least four loaves and take one to work next time I work..
