I have red wine. It is healthy and keeps me from snacking.
When I was pregnant, I would have a bowl of cereal or oatmeal.
My husband always has something. He has been trying to be healthier and eating pretzels w/mustard and an apple. He usually eats ice cream, popcorn or chocolate chip cookies. I didn't make any more cookies so he hasn't been eating those!
