I am not a big fan of soy sauce. The only time have it is in green bean casserole or once in a great while dip a egg roll in it.I made this soup last night that is called pork tex mex soup and it had a 1/2 cup in it and it was super good!

So my question is, what do you like soy sauce in?Got a good recipe you like it in?Please post the recipes here and I will move them later.I will go get the soup recipe and post it here too.

Steph's Pork Tex Mex Soup

1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 c soy sauce
2 t pepper or pepper blend(I would only use 1/4 t.)
1 packet gravy mix (optional)(I used pork)
2T butter (for browning pork--you will not have to do this since you have the pork cooked--just cube what you have)
1 T lawry's
1 T tex mex seasoning (optional)(I used taco seasoning)
lots of frozen corn(I used lima beans & california blend since I had a 1/2 bag of each in the freezer).
lots of frozen sugar snaps or green beans

In a 3 qt saucepan, brown pork in butter. Add tomatoes and all other ingredients EXCEPT green beans and corn. Add enough water to come a couple of inches below the top of the pot. Slow boil soup until pork is cooked through. Add corn and beans and cook JUST until beans are still firm but are warmed through. Serve over cornbread.
