Everyone must be busy watching the football games. With that said we are having either Pizza, mozzerella sticks and Jalapeno Poppers OR Chicken Alfredo. Not sure yet. But I am sure it is going to be the first.

I made a big double batch of homemade spaghetti sauce, so we had an early dinner of pasta, sauce, homemade garlic bread and salad.

I made a chocolate cake that I will drizzle with ganache later on...Dh and the boys went skiing, so it will be a nice treat later on tonight!

I made a huge pot of potato soup today and cresant rolls so we have that left. Or I told dh he could help clean out the freezer... jalapeno poppers, pizza rolls, stuffed mushrooms, spinach/artichoke stuffed rolls.

DH went to his familys all day --they had a dinner for his sister--so I am home alone doing laundry--so I had some of these little mini chicken pot pie things we got from Sams.

I tried a new recipe for crockpot lasagna today and it rocked. Not sure if I got it from here or not, I'll have to check and post it if not. We had spinach salad and garlic bread with it.
