Well, I actually did it, I sat down over the last couple days and finished my menu out for the rest of the month. I am still working on it, but eventually I would like to get about 5-6 weeks of menus and "rotate" them...so here goes in no particular order....

Taco Casserole, mexican corn
Easy Pleasing meatloaf (new recipe from Kraft), baked potatoes, snow peas
Farmhouse Chicken dinner (also new from Kraft), Salad, rolls
No-peek beef casserole (new for crockpot), white rice, carrots/green beans
Hamburgers, oven fries
Shrimp alfredo, brocolli, garlic bread
Baked pork steaks/chops, corn pudding, brussel sprouts
Chicken pot pie w/biscuit topping, salad (Jennifer's recipe for the pot-pie filling)
Cajun Jambalya w/smoked sausage, mixed veggies

Saturdays are usually spent at my Mom's for dinner, and I think we will have a day or two of leftovers. What'dya all think?
I am hoping this helps out on my grocery bill...
