We are having Chicken & Bisquits Casserole. I may make a pan of brownies for dessert.

I did something a little weird (big surprise...huh)

I had a turkey unthawing in my freezer that I was going to cook today, but it got late and I knew it wouldn't be done in time, so I cut it up into peices (breasts, thights, drum sticks, wings...) and am baking them that way. I might make up some chicken wing sauce and to the wings and drum sticks like that. I thought the kids would think it was cool to have a huge "chicken wing" I'm not sure what I'll make with it. It's my little guys birthday, so probably what ever he tells me (within reason)

oh...I have the bones and rest in a pot boiling for soup....

Lunch for both DH and me: Left over homemade potpie.
Dinner--I'm afraid it's going to be pancakes and/or eggs. I personally love breakfast for dinner and DH doesn't usually mind. Might have Zucchini (sp?) bread for dessert or the coolwhip "icecream" sandwhiches someone posted.

I'm glad I glanced back here. I forgot--I have some soy burgers in the freezer that I bought for a friend who didn't eat them ( ). Maybe we'll have those instead of pancakes.
