I'm working tonight, so we are celebrating Saturday night (can't eat meat on Friday)
Beef tenderloin and crab legs
salad
baked potato with the works
homemade bread
mini heart shaped lava cakes

We buy a 1/2 cow every year and we always save the tenderloin for something special, and the crab legs are in my freezer- I stocked up several months ago when they were on sale pretty cheap so save for a special occasion. So my meal is actually on the cheap! Makes it even better

Steak, mashed potatoes, asparagus, a nice bottle of wine, Sprite spritzers (sprite w/ juice) for the kiddos. Dessert will be chocolate cakes made in valentines mold with ice cream. I love Valentine's dinner with my family. We will eat in the dining room with candles. The kids love the fancy touches--it makes them feel very grown up.
