My big good knife - I lived for so long with cheap knives and I don't know how I did it.

My other favorite is the Pampered Chef spatula - not the skinny one but the one with the rounded sides - I can't remember what they call it. That thing gets every last bit of stuff off the sides of my bowls and it's strong enough to stir things with instead of a wooden spoon.

My good sharp knife and my pots. I don't understand how some women prefer to buy 1 to 2 times a year a cheap pan/pot, when you can buy a good one and it will last you soooo much longer! I hardly have to use oil (if any) to cook in them.

My big pink knife! I'm like mew5c I had cheap knives for so long that now that I have a good knife I don't intend on doing without at least one good knife.

I also love my wooden spoons! And the small tongs from Pampered Chef (for pickles and such).
