It will be Wendy's because tonight they are giving a certain percentage of all their sales to my daughter's school

I am trying a new recipe tonight. Salmon rollups. They are wrapped up and in the fridge. I sampled the filling while I was making them and it tasted pretty good.

Hamburgers & Chili Sauce
White Rice
Fresh Veggies (Carrots/Snap Peas/Broccoli)

The hamburgers and chili sauce sounds weird, it's an old recipe of my Mom's that I made once out of nostalgia and my kids really like it oddly enough! I use turkey burgers though instead of beef. It's quick and easy.

2lb Hamburger or Ground Turkey (formed into patties)
1 Sm Green Pepper (choppped)
1 Sm Onion (chopped)
12 oz Bottle Heinz Chili Sauce
1/2 C Ketchup

Saute the onion and green pepper in olive oil until transluscent. Add the chili sauce and ketchup and stir until well mixed. Reduce heat to low to simmer.

While the sauce is simmering, make your burgers on the grill or on the stovetop. When they're done, serve the burger on a bed of white rice and then pour the sauce over top.
