Yes i made a wonderful roast the other day and have lots of juice left over and wondering what would be a good idea to do with it. I am thinking beef veg soup but not sure how to make it. Ok I like instructions thanks in advance

You can save it and use it for anykind of soup ~ vegetable, beef barley, hamburger. Just place it in your stock pot (or crock pot), add ingredients, little water & spices and cook it up (not sure if you wanted recipe instructions or just what I would do )

I make mine with the 'juice' and the left over meat.. I add a can of each of these... Corn, green beans, carrots, peas and canned potatoes (cut up). Heat till it's warmed through and serve.

You could also freeze it in ice cube trays and pop the frozen cubes into a ziploc for use later. I bet it would make a great substitute for beef broth or beef bouillon, so the soup idea sounds good.
