For those of you that wew interested in Watergate Cake, I finally received the recipe again...
1 box yellow/white cake mix
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding
1 c oil
1 c ginger ale
3 eggs
1/2 c walunts (optional)
Bake as directed on cake box
Whipped topping
1 tub of wipped topping
1 package pistachio instant pudding
1 1/4 milk
mix milk and pudding mix together until firm and then fold whipped topping in until just blended.
*** I have made this recipe with other flavors of instant pudding too and it comes out just as yummy. I love it because it is so moist and tastey. I hope whoever tries it let's me know whta they think of it.

In honor of St. Paddy's Day I figured that I would share my Great-Grandma's recipe for Irish Soda bread too.
1 stick butter
4 c flour
1 ssp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 c sugar
1 c raisins
1 tbl caroway seeds
2 eggs
1 1/4 c butter milk
1tsp baking soda
Melt the stick of butter
mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar
Add melteed butter and mix until curmbly
Stir in Caroway seeds and raisins
Add eggs, milk and baking soda and mix together thoughly
**mixture will be very sticky** I find that mixing it together with my hands work best. It is messy but great.
If you have a cast iron pan, place in greased pan and cook at 335 for 1 hour. If not, any pan will do, it may just take a little longer. Check to doneness by golden brown color outside.
**I too have altered this recipe. It you do not like Caroway seeds you can omit them and it still tastes just as good. With the riasins, I advise that you use 1/3 a cup at the very least for the natural sweetness and for the moisture. You can pick them out of the piece that you are eating if you do not like raisins.
I hope that you all like the recipes!
