I seem to always add this ingredient: garlic

Kitchen Gadget/Utensil/Appliance I couldn’t live without: my KitchenAid mixer

I enjoy being in the kitchen because: It is my place. Dh can't cook, so it is the only place that I can call all mine. LOL!

If my kitchen could talk it would say “this” about me: I make a mess, but when it is all said and done, she can cook her butt off!

I learned everything I know about cooking from: My mother & Grandmother

What I try to teach my kids about cooking: Addison decorated cookies with me for the first time this Christmas, so I guess I was trying to teach her moderation.


Funniest cooking story: Had to be when I asked my DH to make Easy Mac & Cheese and he did not put water in the bowl before he put it in the microwave. The house filled with smoke within 30 seconds. It was not funny then but it is now.

My family LOVES it when I cook this: Chicken Fajitas & homemade guacamole
