What is everyone's menu for today? I have to work late, again. So I have to come up with something easy for dh to make.

Breakfast: triple berry pancakes, scrambled eggs and milk
Lunch: cheese, crackers and turkey lunchmeat rolled up. Applesauce for a snack.
Dinner: chicken patties on buns, tator tots or chips, celery and carrot sticks.
I think I will make up some jello with fruit and marshmallows for the boys.

Pasta. I have meatsauce (meatballs and hot sausage) in the crockpot. Probably some steamed brocolli with it and bread.

I may make some brownies for dessert.

taco salad

I made ds potato/veggie patties for lunch, he has been eating like crazy now that he feels better and I need to get some veggies into him since all he ate was bread for a week

We are having corn beef brisket,whole carrots & brussel sprouts thrown in with the brisket,potato pockets that dh & Dakota are making to go with it.Mmm.Can't wait until dinner it is going to be so good!
