Some of you folks probably already know to do this, but until a couple of years ago, I had never seen this used as taco salad dressing. So, bare with me if you already do this
1/2 ranch and 1/2 bbq sauce
(tonight I used Light Hidden Valley Ranch and KC Masterpiece Original)
A couple of years ago, I had a taco salad at a friends house and this is the dressing she made, a sort of "smokehouse ranch". It is so good! And perfect for the seasoning in taco salad. I would have never thought of it
Just thought I would share...

I have never heard of that dressing before. The one our family has on it is ranch mixed with salsa or catalina. The BBQ sauce and Ranch sounds really good.

Thanks for sharing it.

yum, that sounds good! We "don't eat Ranch" at our house anymore, per my husband, so maybe I'll try sour cream. I usually do sour cream and salsa mixed.

I also like to mix some taco seasoning in w/ ranch dressing, it's really good, too.
