any tips or tricks to making a Marble Cake?? How do you get it swirled with out making it all mix together?

You just use a knife to 'marble' the batter...it doesn't get too mixed in. You can kinda layer the different batters and then use the knife to 'swirl' it together.

drop the second batter in by TBS full and THEN swirls w/knife.

This is the same way I make them and they always turn out.

I put a little of the second batter in a ziploc bag and clip the corners, then i pipe in a S design the length of the cake. Then I pull a knife thru the width of the cake!
