Do you think that if I use a berry flavored juice instead of water when making my applesauce that it will pick up enough of the flavor of the juice to make flavored sauce? TIA!

You'll get more flavor if you add fruit juice concentrate instead

agree- the juice itself will not be enough to make a big difference in the favor

You probably won't notice much of a difference in the flavor of the sauce with plain juice, I agree that concentrate would be better or just use some fresh berries.
