We have homemade desserts for special occasions. Other nights we have fruit, ice cream or nothing at all. Depends on what's in the house and how stuffed we get after supper.

We don't really have desert at all, except for special occasions. The kids and I do bake on occasion though I only do that to teach them, but of course they get to eat their lesson!

I like to make cookies alot, at least once a week...DH loves them! I make cake occasionally, but it takes us forever to eat it cause it's just DH and I. Sometimes I will bake a cake and give half to my Mom and Dad. We do homemade desserts on special occasions (thanksgiving, christmas, ect).

Baking is one of my passions unless it's warmer than 80 outside. So now that it's cooler I bake several times a week. My family loves ice cream and popcicles are big too, so when it's warm those are likely deserts if we have one. But I make a pound cake probably once a week (DH would eat one a day if I let him, and he's the skinny one go figure) I also make cookies about once a week and we all love gooey butter cakes in all their variations (thanky you, Paula Deen!) Most of the time though the sweet stuff doesn't get eaten until after the kids are in bed. My kids love to bake with me and I try to let them help as much as possible, there are lots of math and science lessons to be learned cooking and baking. They don't even realize their learning

Nope, I prepare the dinner, if anyone wants dessert they can look for something sweet themselves.
Usually those little prepackaged pies, small candy bar or some fruit snacks.
I dont have time to slave in the kitchen, especially since Im at work all day.
