I am making a whole turkey tonight. What are some other meals that I can plan to use the leftover turkey with?

I use mine primarily for turkey noodle soup. I freeze portions to use for soup later. We also do sandwiches and turkey noodle casserole.

We do a turkey rice soup. Freezes really well, and tastes great for months!

Turkey salad with mayo, relish, deviled eggs and onion.

Open faced turkey sandwiches, take pieces of sliced turkey on whole wheat toasted bread, and pour turkey gravy over all!

Turkey and dumplings, take turkey throw in 2 cups or more of chicken or turkey stock and then put homemade dumplings in along with a can of cream of chicken soup to thicken. Actually I use can biscuits most of the time for dumplings.
