We are staying home this year, so it will just be the 5 of us. I am making:

Glazed spiral cut ham
mashed potatoes
asparagus
corn
buttermilk biscuits
Not sure about dessert yet!

OOOPS!!! I didnt know someone had started a thread like this already, I just started one. Here is my menu so far:

Ham-one family has volunteered to make
Turkey-I have a gift certificate for a free 20lb Butterball. I have to use it up by May and as of right now, I already have a turkey in my freezer.
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Sweet potato casserole (m2m's recipe)-I have been told I HAVE to make it.
fruit salad-super easy; cool whip, sliced bananas, grapes, mandarin oranges, chopped apples
rainbow fruit delight-recipe posted

the last few years we've had it at our house, my Mom always helps by bringing some dishes.

glazed ham
sometimes we also have salmon
scalloped potatoes (my mom does these)
asparagus
swedish rolls (mom again)
dessert is usually some kind of fresh fruit torte (thanks mom!)
shrimp, cream cheese, cocktail sauce, crackers appetizer
spinach dip with sourdough bread and veggies
wine, Dad likes red and the rest of us like white

We are having hamburgers. We have a huge get together and it is easier to have a BBQ than cook something big.

I have decided that I am not hosting Easter this year.. We will be returning from vacation on Good Friday and I really don't want to have to think about it...

crescent rolls
colored easter eggs( I may devil some of them)

fruit pizza for dessert
and cream cheese topped with pepper jelly and served with crackers for appetizer
