we are having kabob basket its going to be fairly decent out so we are going to fire up the grill(dh said he would grill in 38 degree weather lol) so chicken steak chunks potatoes peppers onions and some small corn on the cobs this time.. i'm making apple crisp for dessert.

Because of this dang thyroid diet I will have chicken and potatoes again (for the third day in a row). Dh will have leftovers.

Breakfast: oatmeal, toast and milk
Lunch: mac and cheese, carrot and celery sticks with ranch
Dinner: Creamy chicken and noodles. I will put it in the crock pot here in a minute. DH will cook up the noodles when they want to eat. I have to work until 8 , so I will have some when I get home.
