Do you try new recipes frequently or only when you are bored with the same old things?

I have not been able to try out too many new recipes here lately with working late hours. On average, I would say about three per month. It also depends on what ingredients I have on hand and when the other ingredients I amy be missing go on sale. I may find a new recipe today that I want to try but between working late, payday and grocery store sales, it may take me a few weekd to actually get to it. Or I may save a recipe for a special occasion or something.

I try for 2-4 a month, but don't always manage it. Lately I've been trying a bunch of them.

I try out new stuff ( baking anyway ) all the time. But with suppers I would probably say every other week I will try something new. Especially if a different produce is on sale!

I usually try one new recipe a week for baking. For other types of food 1 every one to two weeks. Love to cook, have to find the time to do it.
