Cream cheese potato soup and broccoli spinach salad.Both new recipes and excited to try them out.

Dinner was changed last night to hot dogs and that worked for me since it was something still on the menu.

I had to just change it since Dh will be home tonight...I was going to have a more 'kid friendly' meal, but now we're having beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon, mashed potatoes, roasted beets and fresh salad with homemade dressing.

Tonight is my hubby's ski night so I will have a tuna salad. My girls will most likely want mac-n-cheese.

Lunch: PB&J sandwich, crackers and juice
Dinner: fish sticks and mac and cheese, along with some carrot sticks. I will probably eat a chicken pattie sandwich when I get home.

I am making a beef & rice skillet dish with green beans and bisquick biscuits.

We are having tater tot casserole and maybe a salad too.

Tonight is in-house date night for dh so we'll get chinese take out after the boys are in bed and watch Survivor.

The boys will have either lo pasta alfredo or pb sammiesj - their choice.
