I made eggplant parmesan and after all is said and I have a ton. It was so yummy I was wondering if it possible to freeze after is has been fully cooked? Thanks!

I have never done it ~ but everything I have found says that you can freeze it both cooked and uncooked. Just make sure it's room temp or cooler before placing it in the freezer for best results.

Yes you can do it in small or large batches.I put it in bowls and push down some plastic wrap on it and put the lid on or you can do it in small bowls or you can take small or large portions and wrap plastic wrap around it and put it in foil them or zip lock bags.Works great.
