DD was at a church retreat with her youth group all weekend, so I think after church today we will all go out to breakfast.

Tonight I am going to make toasted subs with fries and coleslaw.
What's everyone else making?

We're having scalloped potatoes and ham w/green beans and homemade bread!

I figure that'll be a great comfort food after a day of sled rising!

I'm trying a new spinach lentil soup recipe: ham bone stock, lentils, one italian turkey sausage, onion, carrot, spinach, brown rice, red pepper flakes.
We'll have it with good crusty bread.
I hope it turns out okay

DD and I....having one of the bagged frozen pasta and chicken dinners from Stouffer's...not the most frugal thing I admit.
