Lunch: LO shrek soup, cheese and crackers
Dinner: Spagetti, green beans, salad, and jello
Change of plans. Dh ended up working late. so the kids and I had chicken pattie sandwiches with mac and cheese and peas.

I'm trying a recipe called "homestyle pot roast." I know you don't need a recipe for pot roast, but it looks yummy. I'm gonna stick potatoes and carrots in there too, of course.
