dh pulled out today so I am on the first leg of a major cleaning mission....so quick n easy it is...

spaghetti and sausage w/homemade bread!!!

dinner was-tuna sandwiches,and grapes
and breakfast was homemade waffles!

I have kabobs marinating (chicken, onion, mushroom & green pepp.) My hubby will cook them on the grill when he gets home from work, and I'll make rice to go along with them.

Tonight is a throw together meal, dh brought home focaccia bread and plantains last night, said he wants a panini w/fried plantains! Easy enough!

Beef roast and mashed potatoes

We're having leftovers. My husband's been at a client's all week and hasn't been taken them to work as usual.
