Sloppy Joes, corn, french fries. Breakfast was spicy pumpkin waffles, I found the recipe posted on here and they were very good! For lunch, I heated up the last bit of lo lasagne and dinner roll.

we are having sweet and sour chicken(got the hy-vee chinease place to sell me some of their sweet and sour sauce!!) over whole grain rice and fresh steamed veggies.. then some minute maid frozen fruti bars later(got a good deal at our little store in town)
