My kids were helping me in the kitchen and I stepped out for a minute. I was making pizza dough in my mixer and they were making a cake in another bowl. My son added 2 cups of sugar to our pizza dough. I don't know what to do with it! I hate to waste the 2C of sugar and the 3T of yeast that is in the bowl. Also in the bowl is 3 C of water a 1.5t of salt. Any ideas of what to add. I am thinking that I could make some kind of bread but all my recipes call for 1/4 C of sugar or less.... I don't really want to make 12 loaves tonightbut I guess I could. Any suggestions?!

Would cinnamon buns work? Roll the dough out, spread melted butter and cover with a mixture or sugar and cinnamon.

Thanks for the idea, maybe I will make some cinnamon rolls too - yum! I decided to use Betty Crocker's Rich Egg bread recipe b/c it was only going to end me up with 8 loaves of bread. I don't know if I have ever 8 times a recipe before!! I added some whole wheat flour - maybe it will make it healthier. I added some raisins to part of the dough to make cinnamon raisin bread. I'll probably end up with 4-5 loaves of regular bread, a couple loaves of raisin bread and some cinnamon rolls - at least I won't have to bake bread for a while and the kids will LOVE cinnamon rolls for breakfast thanks for the tip!
