one I love is...

Spicy Garlic Shrimp

12 jumbo shrimp (peeled, deveined, & tails intact)
2 Tbs olive oil
2 garlic clove (crushed)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp montreal steak seasoning
1 tsp lemon, zest of
2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbs fresh parsley (chopped)

Heat large skillet over med-high heat.
Add olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and shrimp.
Season w/montreal seasoning.
Cook shrimp 3 min,til just pink.
Toss with lemon zest, juice, & chopped parsley.
Remove shrimp to a serving platter, leaving the garlic cloves in the pan.

This makes for one killer appetizer that goes F~A~S~T

I am pretty simple. I love steamed shrimp with old bay. Recipe is right on the can of seasoning. I also love shrimp scampi.
