Here's a pork chop recipe my family loves. We use the drippings over mashed potatoes.

1 cup ketchup
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup Worchestershire sauce
1 cup water
2 tsp chili powder
¼ cup butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
½ cup brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
6-8 pork chops

Mix all ingredients except pork chops together. Add pork chops to roasting pan and cover with sauce. Bake at 300° F for 2 hours.
