I bought a huge pack of pork chops and separated them (with my new Reynolds Handi-vac ) so I have quite a few chops in my freezer. Any good recipes anyone would like to share? Please!

I use this recipe from allrecipies.com for pork loin but it would also work well with pork chops if you adjust the cooking time. It's really great.

Herb Roasted Pork - Allrecipes

Herb Roasted Pork

"Herb-rubbed roasted pork loin with a sweet, tangy glaze."

PREP TIME 20 Min
COOK TIME 3 Hrs
READY IN 3 Hrs 20 Min

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (5 pound) boneless pork loin
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine sage, salt, pepper, and garlic. Rub thoroughly all over pork. Place pork in an uncovered roasting pan on the middle oven rack.
Bake in the preheated oven approximately 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 150 degrees F (65 degrees C), depending upon your desired doneness.
Meanwhile, place sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water, and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to bubble and thicken slightly. Brush roast with glaze 3 or 4 times during the last 1/2 hour of cooking. Pour remaining glaze over roast, and serve.

How about just marinading them in some plain old italian dressing and than grilling?? Our favorite way for pork chops is stuffed and baked. Works better with the big thick ones (so you can stuff them), but i have used regular ones before. Make up one box of Stove top stuffing. I usually add a three tablespoons more water to it-insure it stays moist when you bake. Stuff,
cover really tightly and bake at 350 for about 45 mins or until done. If you do not have the thick chops, than spray your casserole dish with pam, dump in all the stuffing, and put the chops on top. You may not need to bake them as long if they are not thick ones.
Or toss in the crock pot with homemade or your favorite store bought bbq sauce. You can either shred when they are done or serve as a chop.

6 pork chops
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoning salt
2 egg, beaten
1/4 c flour
2 c Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
4 Tbs olive oil
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c sour cream
1/2 c white wine (or chicken broth)
cayenne pepper or paprika

Preheat oven to 350.
Rinse chops, pat dry, and season w/garlic powder and seasoning salt to taste. Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl. Dredge the pork chops lightly in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumbs.
Heat the oil over med-high heat. Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side, or til the breading appears WELL BROWNED AND CRISPY. Transfer to a 9x13 and cover with foil.
Bake 30 min hour.

While baking, mix cream of mushroom soups, sour cream and white wine in a medium bowl. After the pork chops have baked for an hour, cover them with the soup mix and sprinkle lightly w/cayenne(or paprika). Replace foil, and bake for another 30 min.

Not so much for chops, but if you cut up a pork roast, or pork steaks, I make a skillet dish over rice called Peachy Pork Picante. It has salsa and peach marmalade in it & is really good.

The one pork chop recipe that my DH loves is where I brown the chops on the stove top then transfer them to a baking pan. I then loosen the drippings in the pan on top of the stove and add cream of mushroom soup, alittle water stir that together in the pan to combine. In another pan I make stuffing then scoop it ontop of the chops in the baking pan and then pour the cream of mushroom soup over it and bake for 1 hr or until chops are done.
