• 1/3 cup mashed mashed very ripe banana
This is part of a cupcake recipe but I dont see why it wouldnt work
I forgot the baking instructions lol
Baking Instructions:

1 Preheat oven to 350° F. Line muffin pans with paper baking cups. Blend cake mix, water, oil, eggs and banana in large bowl at low speed until moistened [about 30 seconds]. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full.

2 Bake 18 to 21 minutes. Cool completely

I am not sure What you are exactly trying to make.
This sounds like it could work. The recipe I found was also for cupcakes, so this might just do it!!!! Thanks. But I may still look around for a banana cakemix.

I have a recipe for banana cake, but it is not from a box. If you want it let me know.

Aliadam-I saw that I had it posted already, so I went ahead and bumped it for you. It is under the dessert section.

Thanks arefinn, but obviously you haven't read of my cooking exploits! I'm much more of a cake mix type of girl than a mix in 10 items kind of girl. The recipe for the cupcakes (banana split cupcakes) I found called for "normal" kind of cooking. I was hoping to adapt it to "aliadam" type of cooking. But thanks for the effort and your recipe does sound good.

Ok...Aliadam....since I do know of your cooking exploits this should work out fine for you

You can just make them into cupcakes and tune down your time...check at like 18-25 min or so.

1 yellow cake mix
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp baking soda

heat oven to 350.
Make cake mix according to box.

Mash the bananas w/baking soda and stir into the cake mix batter.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13.
Bake 40-45 min.

You can also add 1 tsp cinnamon or some choc chips!

I think Betty Crocker has banana cake mix. My kids went through a phase where they were always asking for banana choc. chip cake, so I know i was buying the cake mix.
