I have about 2.5 gal of milk in the freezer. It's expiration date is today. If I thaw it will it still be good? and ~ does anyone have any quicker methods of thawing it than sitting it in the fridge? If I do that, won't it go bad before it's totally thawed for sure?

Normally we drink it all, but we went out of town unexpectedly so it's all still there.

HELP!

The milk will be fine. The expiration date is really the sell by date, the milk should be good for about 7 days past the date listed on the carton (or bag). Freezing will also extend the "shelf" life of the milk.

So let is unthaw in the fridge and it will be fine.
