I was thinking of doing up some cookies for my preschooler and kindergartener for the end of the school year. I kinda know what I am looking for, but I can not find instructions. I want to make little snacks/cookies that look like graduation caps. I am just not creative enough to come up with what ingredients to use. I figure fruit roll ups can be used for the tassle part. But than I need something for the rest of the cap. I searched the internet and didnt see anything I liked. I know I have seen something like these before, but I dont know where.
