we try to eat fresh fish once a week

I am fond of tilapia, and trout if it is on sale

when I am up north and catch my own, it's northerns or blue gills for me!

I did try shark once and it had a really different taste and texture, almost like a steak. I had a hard time getting over that lol I have never had orange roughy, what does that compare to?

I absolutely love shark....for me it reminds me of fresh grilled tuna.

Orange roughy is a white fish and probably the least "fishy" tasting fish.Almost like a milder tilapia.You'll have to try it it's wonderful.

Salmon, snapper and catfish. I also looooooooove shrimp and crawfish! I heart seafood.

I generally like all fish - love Halibut, but it's way too expensive - salmon and tilapia are other favorites.

but I like all kinds of fish, grew up on it!
