What kind of cookie sheets do you use? I have a stone, air bake and a jelly roll pan. I tend to use the jelly roll one the most- in fact i am thinking of just throwing the air bake one and the stone out. I always seem to come out with " flat" cookies when i bake on the air bake one! What about you? Do you have a favorite?

I use jellyroll type with silicone mats. The mats are fantastic!

i personally love flat chewy cookies so i use the all metal cheap o ones you can get at walmart for $3 bucks.. they are not the non stick kind just shiny metal i don't know if they are aluminum or what they look like the ones professional bakers use.

I use 1/4 sheet thick aluminum jelly roll pans. I get them either from Costco or from the restaurant supply store.

I have 3 different sized air bake ones that are insulated and I love them. Everything bakes even and they are very easy to clean up.
